Almost done!

We are almost done with filming! This play has been going well so far, but he have hit some bumps in the road. I am so happy that we finished before the due date. I am in Print Advertising and we have been enjoying making ads for the play. We have learned alot about Romeo and Juliet seen we've been doing this play. Unfortunately I feel that some of the people who werent actors or directors werent in with the play as much. We are rapping everything up and know we are doing a essay which well reflect on what we have learned and what we are doing.

6th post

I didnt even need to edit this! This is awesome It shows Romeo's and Juliets love for each other. As well as  their families. I also like this because to me it shows a sort of "teen love", romeo looks young and Juliet does also. I like that we went 20th century on our play, I really dont understand all the Shakespeare language. I am so surpised that no one in the world has never did this play. It seems like someone would be the 1st person to make a big movie and make it in mode day.  I am super excited for our play to be showed! I think both schools should show this to there friends and family.

We have filmed alot of the play so far and we are almost done! So we took some pics and I decided to make a flier out of them. This is just a picture of Romeo and Juliet in Act 1 scene 5. Hopefully later on next week I could get a pic of all the actors for my schools to know and for Van Meter to get know us. This isnt something my group would do but! I think it would be awesome if we could get some ads on the tvs to get more of a crowd of people to show up. Half of maybe all of my school doesnt even know were doing this project. So maybe we can do something on the announcements to get some people to show up im sure if people knew we were doing this play they would love to be a part of it.

2nd flier for the Romeo and Juliet Project

This is a Flier showing the actors from Van Meter and our school South. This is to show the school that we are working with another school, and it shows who their main actors are. I think this is a good filler and or poster. I think we should make a slide show or do something on the announcements so that people know what we are doing and when were doing it.

This is one of the flier I created to promote the play on April 30th. I chose this because it shows Romeo and Juliets love for each other. Also this is informing people that we are doing a play. I also am going to get more colorful art to get the peoples attention. Hopefully this bring us a crowd. To me this picture represents when Romeo came to Juliet to "do algebra" and he has to go because someone is there to see Juliet and they kiss each other goodbye.

March 16th Print Advertising

This week I will be making posters and fillers to promote the play! Soon, when we get the costumes together I will be taking pictures of the actors in the play and their jobs. Also, I will be keep the fillers updated on what is going on. Also, making fillers to try and get people to be extras. I hope the school will want to be about to be apart of the play. I will make the filers noticeable to the people in my school. Also this week will be a very busy week because its the 1st week of trying to get the play together.

My job is Print Advertisment...My job is to print out posters and make fillers to promote the play were doing. I have to make sure that the posters are seen and noticed so we can have a great show. This job is to be taken seriously so we can have a crowd of people. I hope we can have extras in the show so that the play goes well. Also, my job is to make the posters or fillers noticeable because at my school most kids dont look or pay attention to thing like that. Also, this job is a very easy job and easy for it to make you lazy. So you have to make sure you get your job done and get the grade you want.
